Shipping and packaging
How do you protect the discs during transport?
We know a record is a treasure. We use ultra-resistant, double-walled cardboard boxes to prevent the edges of the covers from bending. Vinyl records are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost everywhere. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Disc Condition
What do the abbreviations (M, NM, VG+) mean?
We use the international Goldmine standard to grade our used discs:
New (M): New, factory sealed.
Near Mint (NM): Like new, with no visible marks.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Very good condition, may have surface marks that do not affect the sound.
Are all the albums new?
We have a New Releases section (sealed) and a curated selection of Collector's Items (used). The condition of each item is clearly indicated in its description.
Orders and Payments
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn't been processed for shipment yet, we can modify it. Please email our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit/debit cards, PayPal, and installment payment options available on Shopify.
Returns
What happens if my disc arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the disc arrives with serious physical damage or does not match the description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package condition and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
